Returns and Refund Policy:
Once a box has left our premises, SexyBox does not take any responsibility for damage done during delivery. SexyBox will assess each situation to determine replacement boxes in the event a problem occurs. If the wrong box is delivered, please notify one of our friendly staff to ensure a quick and efficient replacement is sent to you. Please ensure the wrong box is returned to SexyBox within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
Ordering Methods:
SexyBox offers four methods of ordering. These are online, via telephone, via fax and via email.

Trading Hours:
SexyBox offers 24/7 online purchasing, however for telephone ordering SexyBox has regular office hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Order Terms:
The time required for deliveries is dependant upon the location of the goods. Please note, deliveries in Brisbane will be done within 2 days, however deliveries to other location within Australia may take up to 7 days. If an order is urgent and is required to be expressed delivered within a certain time frame, please make this known during the ordering process and the team at SexyBox will ensure to the best of their ability that the goods are delivered by the required date. Please note additional charges for express postage and delivery will apply.
Please note SexyBox relies on the ability of their couriers to deliver the goods to the desired destination. The couriers have there own guidelines and parameters. When delivering to country areas or some regions which are not in the courier’s delivery zone, there may be additional costs incurred.
SexyBox delivers Australia wide; deliveries are made during normal business hours Monday- Friday from 8am-5.30pm. Please note no deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. SexyBox cannot guarantee delivery dates as all deliveries are operated by courier services; however it is our policy to deliver the gift to your satisfaction.
Orders:
Order being transported overseas will incur additional charges for postage. Please feel free to contact our friendly staff for assistance either via email at info@sexybox.com.au or phone on (07) 3846 6802.
Peak Season Deliveries:
Christmas time is very busy. Please allow 5-10 days for shipping of orders placed by the specified time outlined. Orders placed outside these times can not be guaranteed of delivery by Christmas.
Specific Delivery Dates:
In delivering the boxes at your desired date, please assure you choose the correct freight and delivery options upon placing your order. This will ensure that your purchase can be delivered to your satisfaction. Please note Weekends/or Public Holiday delivery is not possible anywhere in Australia.

Secure Shopping Facility:
SexyBox online purchasing is a secure site which ensures each transaction made on-line, in completely safe. SexyBox uses the secure server software (SSL) which is the strongest commercially available encryption. SSL encrypts all of your personal details such as name, number address and credit card so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet.
Gift Card:
SexyBox offers a complimentary gift card with every SexyBox purchase. All you have to do is complete your personal message during the ordering process and the staff at SexyBox will complete the card and attach it to your desired box.
Trading Terms and Conditions:
SexyBox offers sexy gift boxes all over Australia.
Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made at least 48 hours prior to despatch. Please call or email our friendly staff to assist you. SexyBox aims to have all merchandise in stock for quick and efficient delivery. However in the event that stock is out of order; please note SexyBox will replace the particular item with a product of equal or greater value. The replaced product will be one within the same category.
All items listed next to each box are what are contained in the desired box. Please note for the purpose of the photography, certain products may be featured with additional props.
Product Information and Availability:
SexyBox reserves the right to substitute products that may be unavailable or out of stock. SexyBox warrants and assures the substitute item will be to equal or greater value than the original item and will be within the same category.
Receipt:
During the ordering process a confirmation screen will appear which contains your ordering details and receipt. Please ensure this page is printed and kept as your receipt/tax invoice. Additionally, an email will be sent to you confirming the order upon completion.

The information which you fill out at SexyBox may be disclosed to suppliers such as couriers to help complete your order efficiently and effectively.
What information we hold:
If you are a customer of SexyBox, we will have your name, phone number, address, email address and payment details in which you have used during your transaction. If you are delivering a SexyBox to a third-party, please note that we will also have their personal details such as name and address. The information collected is used only for the purposes of delivering the package and to contact you.
SexyBox retains an order history of all online purchases. By having this history, we are able to track your purchases and review past purchases. Also, SexyBox will be able to tailor your purchases by offering products to you based on your order history.
SexyBox also retains general information about how many ‘hits’ our website receives. We also have staff that monitor the site traffic and make updates according to which areas of the site are more popular. SexyBox does not track individual customer’s pathways through the site.
